Giftcard.com *seemed* initially to work, but after two tries, and two charges to my credit card, the site kept telling me the transaction was not approved. I’ll have to wait to make sure those charges fall off the pending and don’t get pushed through, so the site is iffy.

The Simon mall group does sell Visa Gift Cards from their site: http://www.simon.com/giftcard/ but as of yesterday, their site was down either due to volume or just usual interference. Dunno, but it may be worth a shot to try.
