		<description>I was told by the Verizon Fios rep. that I would get a $150 Visa gift card, which I never received.  I have been getting a run around by all the reps.  When I first called, I was hung up on when I started to state what I was inquiring about.  The second rep. a Mr. Hayden stated he would either try to get me a credit or have the card issued but would have to speak with his supervisor. I had called him last Wednesday and he said he would call me back on this past Friday at 5:00pm which he never did.  Monday the 26th of March, I sent an e mail to Verizon stating my complaint.  I received a confirmation # with a promise of a reply.  I received a reply that they e mailed Mr. Hayden to contact me.  If I did not hear back in 48hours to contact them again.  I replied that if was 5 days and Mr Hayden never contacted me before this time and did not expect him now to.  I requested that a supervisor contact me.  I would be glad to be part of a class action suit. Oh, I almost forgot one rep said I would get the card by April 15th. When I stated this in the e mail to Verizon they said they did not know anything about that.  Something has to be done.  These are deceptive practices.</description>

I GOT FIOS FRIENS OFFER 3 GIFT CARDS 2 $100 CARDS WERE NOT ACTIVATED AND WERE USELESS IN VALUE ONLY A STICKER THAT SAID 100 ON THE FRONT AND 1 $50 KMART GIFT CARD THAT WAS WORKING AND I USED AT THE STORE. THEY THINK ITS NOT SOMTHING THEY CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT AND THEY SEND ME THROUGH THE PHONE SYSTEM AND ON HOLD FOR SUPPERVISORS SENDING ME EVERYWHERE ON THE PHONE. NO HELP AT ALL TOTAL BLAME ON A DIFFERENT DEP. EMAILS GO UNANSWERED. THIS IS TOTAL ABUSE OF FIOS FREINDS PROMO. I SAVED THE ADDRESS 800 MCHENRY AVE. STE A, CRYSTAL LAKE, IL 60014. IT CANT EVEN BE MAPQUESTED ONLINE. THESE GUYS DESERVE A CLASS ACTION LAW CASE. THEY SUCK I HATE FIOS!! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR FRIENDS  JUST IMAGINE THE ENEMY DEPARTMENT AT VERIZON. I rec&#039;d a postcard from Verizon with username and password to use to check the status of my &quot;reward&quot; which would be issued in 60-90 days if payments were made on time. I&#039;ve checked each month and now it&#039;s been about 75 days so I checked again and now get a message stating my reward has been &quot;cancelled&quot;. I called Verizon and wouldn&#039;t you know it their computers are down and they can&#039;t check into it. If other people are experiencing the same problems I think a class action lawsuit should be filed against Verizon for fraud. I&#039;m so tired of these companies getting away with lying, cheating and defrauding consumers. It really has to stop.</description>
